Scoop up a wonderful cottage in the heart of Glen Arbor and steps from everything. Wander down to the stunning Lake Michigan beach in the summer or ski away in the winter. Lane's Cottage is pictured left, Dean's cottage is on the right!

Choose a cozy cottage with warm decor in blues and yellows. A private bedroom with queen bed, a seating area with daybed/trundle, a dining area and fully-equipped kitchen complete the setting. Lane's Cottage also has a fireplace, air conditioning and cable TV/VCR exclusively for you. Please note that breakfast is not served for cottage guests.
Lane's Cottage is ideal for a couple or a family of three or four. Weekly rates for peak times are $1095 and nightly stays, with a three-night minimum customarily required, are $175. Weekly rates for off-peak times are $795, and nightly stays are $135. Please be sure to note our deposit and cancellation policy below.

- June 21 - September 1, weekly only
- September and October weekends with a two night minimum
We are pleased to offer off-peak nightly rates with a two night minimum:
- May and early June
- Weekdays in September and October
- All days in November until we close

Dean's Cottage

Choose the larger, knotty pine-paneled cottage. Dean's Cottage
features a wonderful private loft with queen bed and seating area, a second bedroom
with bunk beds, and a spacious great room with dining area, snuggle-in chairs,
queen sleeper sofa, and TV/VCR. The kitchen is fully equipped. And the fireplace
and air conditioning make it appealing in all three seasons.
Dean's Cottage is perfect for a couple wanting total privacy. Also wonderful and roomy for four or five family or friends sharing a vacation or getaway.
Weekly rentals have priority for Dean's Cottage. The weekly rental is $1,395 per week during peak season, and $1,095 during off-peak season.
Dean's Cottage may occasionally be available for shorter stays at $205 per night during peak season (with a four-five night minimum customarily required), and $165 nightly during off-peak season.

Reservations
A week is Saturday to Saturday, with check-in after 4:00 p.m. and checkout no later than 10:00 a.m.
Deposit & cancellations A 50% deposit is required for peak time cottage reservations made prior to May 15, and the balance is charged to you on that date if we have not received a cancellation. All peak time cottage reservations made after May 15th require full payment at the time of reservation, and are non-refundable unless the days that have been reserved are rerented. For off-peak reservations, refunds will be given with 14 days notice.
Our cancellation policy is essential as we hold the space for you, and defer others who seek to make a reservation for that time.
All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee.
